Luk - mali- očistimo i narežemo na sitno.Narežemo kapare. U veču posudu stresemo vrhnje ( mislim da se ovdje misli na sir) i kiselo vrhnje te dobro razmješamo. Dodamo obje paprike i soli po ukusu, dodamo narezani luk, kapare i slanike i sve dobro umješamo.
Skutin namaz je tako pripravljen in ga lahko takoj uporabimo.
