150 g crnog brašna 30 g sojinog brašna sol 120 g mljevenih oraha 60 dg šećera 120 g maslaca 1 do 3 žlice vode
Obje vrste brašna izmiješati, dodati sol, orahe i šećer. Držati najmanje pola sata u hladnjaku. U mješavinu staviti rashlađeni maslac i brzo zamijesi tijesto (poželjno na rashlađenoj mramornoj ploči). Po potrebi dodati nekoliko žlica hladne vode. Od tijesta raditi kiflice. Poredati ih u pokvašeni i hladni lim za pečenje. Peći 10 minuta u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 200 °C, a zatim još 10 minuta na 170 °C.
