15 dg suhog mesa 5 dg kuhane šunke 5 dg suhe slanine 10 dg gljiva 1 glavica luka 20 dg krumpira 2 svježe rajčice 1 paprika 1 žlica brašna 1 dl kiselog vrhnja 2 grančice peršina 5 žlica ulja sol i papar
Isjeckani luk popržiti na 3 žlice zagrijanog ulja. Dodati suho meso, šunku i slaninu narezanu na kockice. Potom dodati na režnjeve narezanu papriku, gljive i rajčice. Sve zajedno pirjati desetak minuta. Preliti vrućom vodom i dodati krumpir narezan na kockice. Kuhati dok svi sastojci ne omekšaju. Na preostalom ulju popržiti brašno i umiješati zapržak u juhu. Kada juha provrije, posoliti, popapriti, skinuti s vatre i umiješati vrhnje. Prije posluživanja posipati sjeckanim peršinom.
